Don’t Let MS Stop You!

Today I want to introduce you to James Drake! No, I do not know him, but I have discovered that he has Multiple Sclerosis. The inspiration I found from him was in his will to keep going. He did not stop trying to fulfill his dream when he found out about his condition, instead, he pushed forward and made it to the contestant row ofΒ Netflix’s Ultimate Beastmaster.

I hope that you like the inspiration that he has to offer in his video below.

When faced with something severe people often lose hope. They get scared. They start to doubt whether or not they can continue on.

Personally, I know how hard it is to move past these fears because I have been faced with the same challenge. In 2010 I was told that I may not be able to walk anymore, but here I am today jogging 25-30 minutes daily. If you are reading this, I simply want to encourage you to keep trying… Never give up! Never let something like MS stop you from doing what you can do.

There are some inspiring people in the world today. If we chose to listen to them, rather than the ones who say we cannot do something, we may find that we are able to do more than we thought possible. I am NOT suggesting to ignore doctors because I am not a doctor myself. This type of perseverance may not be possible for everyone.

If you are looking for more stories of MSers who made the best of their diagnosis please take a moment to view the following two posts as well:

I also have found MS inspiration right here on Word Press. So, if you are looking to connect with a WP MS rockstar please check out the site below:

I hope that you have a wonderful week!
