Crochet Window Treatments

Welcome to this week’s Fun Friday! Today I want to share something simple, fun and cute to make!

To make a flower 🌸 I used to use a video from “Happy Berry” which I will include for your viewing pleasure.

Now a days, I make the flowers from memory, and add them to what I will.

I have shown my bookmarks on a previous post, but today let’s see what we can do for house decor shall we?

I made these crochet flower pull-backs because I needed something to hold back my porch curtains. As the saying goes… “When there’s a will there’s a way!”

This “need” made me pick up my crochet hook to resolve this issue.Β I am pleased with the outcome! I am also happy to have had that moment to create something pretty.

Do you craft often, or do you wait till you need to? Sometimes I craft out of want, and other times I craft out of need, but either way I find it to be rewarding.

What hobbies do you hold near and dear? What sort of crafts make you happy?

Here are the other posts where I shared my previous crochet projects:

I want to wish you all an amazing weekend! I hope that your week went well too.

I love DIY projects. Summer is usually slow as far as crafting goes but I’m starting to do more now that fall is upon us. Making soap and balms, and filtering bees wax (I am going to attempt candle making again) are how I spend most of my craft time. I also do a lot of crochet. I love to be able to make something to solve a problem. Love your curtain ties. πŸ™‚
