Being thankful is an important part of being a Christian. The prayers are never too short, a casual “thanks” is just as good as an elaborate one.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 King James Version
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Today I want to thank Him for a beautiful day with my family. I will share some of the highlights with you below.
Girliste in the Fall
Today we walked and talked in a place that we admired before.
This time it was a little different because there were more colors, and the air was not as hot, which made us want to keep walking and walking even more.
The butterflies this time of year were keeping up with the colors of the season! As if to blend in with pumpkins and bats, they showed off their orange and brown colors with great reason.
This one did not fly away as I got closer to take a picture. I believe it wanted me to capture its beauty! 🙂
This tree has already lost all of its leaves but we still loved it very much!
This tree of thorns proudly stood in the walkway of these woods.
It was there amongst all the other colorful and beautiful things that God had placed there to be seen.
It appeared to have a purpose. I believe it was there to remind its viewers of the thorns that Jesus wore to pay the price for us all so that we could have more.
If it weren’t for His unconditional love I would not enjoy all of these beautiful things above.
If you enjoyed this post you may also like my previous visit to Girliste. We live near this majestic wonderland so don’t be surprised if I share this place with you all again soon!
I do hope that this finds you all having a great rest of your weekend! I also hope that next week is amazing for you as well.
If you are new here and like what you’ve seen, please stick around. On Sundays, we talk about God’s love so you can be sure that the post(s) being shared will be similar to this one.
What is your favorite season? Are you enjoying the changing season now? What do you like most about fall?
As always, the pictures are taken with love so I hope that you all enjoy them!
