Who of you do any kind of breathing excercises and/or meditate regularly? Some bloggers do because we all get to read about their tips and adventures. Many more bloggers that we know of pray and read God’s word but they don’t do this…
This actually looks harmless and actually helpful doesn’t it? It only takes a minute, right? We should do anything and everything to make ourselves as happy as possible. Life gets tough sometimes so it is important to keep things fresh. We need to try new things. Why not add this to our morning routine right before or after coffee? Eventually, if you are not there already, a happy day will become the norm!
There is a saying that most of us already know… “Different strokes for different folks.” This type of simplicity will work for everyone. Some people are not ready to settle down and focus on self awareness and development. Some people are too busy, others have challenges which require their attention, and some are already past this point of the process.
Wherever you are in this journey that we call life, I pray that each day is a happy day for you!
